The Quantified Self: using measurable statistics to track things about your life. One of the best uses of this is in fitness, where several devices and applications are available to track your steps or activity. Most people are aware of these devices, but did you know many of these services offer REST APIs? Using these APIs, you can collect and combine the information in order to create tools that work for your own goals, or applications for encouraging you to stay on track.I will talk about the following products, providing code samples to demonstrate how to use them to collect information (and demonstrating how to combine the information)
