Some of the MySQL administration commands to potentially be covered by the talk: – GRANT/REVOKE – user accounts and server access – SHOW GLOBAL STATUS/VARIABLES – state of the server – SHOW SLAVE STATUS – Replication status – Working with the various logs – binary log, slow query log, error log etc. – INFORMATION_SCHEMA – Touch on PERFORMANCE_SCHEMA
