I’m not usually a very politically correct person, but, really, leadership lessons from the Spanish conquerors who committed mass genocide and wiped out the indigenous population? Perhaps next year we can learn about the great efficiencies brought to us by the Third Reich. I’m sure this would be funny too. Instead of a slide with people dying of smallpox, we could show piles of exterminated bodies. Maybe IBM would present it for us. Or, we could talk about the advanced storage methods used for putting people in slave ships. Or, how about “White Slavery is Cool”. Lots of great slides for those.

Sorry, I just didn’t find this funny. It made me ill.

The talks were fantastic once again. Agreed on the 5:30 start time. A bit too early.

@Barry: The stream was up live as far as I saw on oscon.com, and I’d assume it will go up on YouTube again this year.

I’m disappointed this was at 5:30 (anybody else eat dinner around here?) and that it is not streamed. It was fun to watch last year even though I couldn’t be there in person. This year it is a total non-event.
