Apache HTTPD 2.4.0: Watch out cloud!
The cloud creates new challenges for web-servers, but also changes the game as far as what are key features of a “cloud-capable” web server. Designed with the cloud in mind, Jim will describe the new features of Apache 2.4.0, including faster performance, lower latency and dynamic cloud configuration.

Jim has been an open source developer since before it was even called that. He is likely best known as a developer, co-founder and President of the Apache Software Foundation. He also serves on the board of OSI and the Outercurve Foundation. He works at Red Hat under the office of the CTO.
