OSCON 2012 Call for Makers

Call closed 11:59pm 07/06/2012 PDT.

This year we will be featuring area Makers in our Make booth in the Expo Hall at OSCON.

The first step to participating in our Mini Maker Faire at OSCON is to submit an entry that tells us about yourself and your project. Entries can be submitted from individuals as well as from groups, such as hobbyist clubs and schools.

Please provide a short description of what you make and what you would like to bring to our Mini Maker Faire, including links to photographs and/or videos of your project. We particularly encourage exhibits that are interactive and that highlight the process of making things. And of course…anything open source is a plus at OSCON!

Logistics:

• When: July 18 & 19 (you may participate in one or both days, please specify your availability below)
• Where: Oregon Convention Center
• Load in: July 17 Expo Hall Set-up and/or if you have a quick set-up it can be done the morning of July 18 beginning at 8:30am.
• Load out: July 19th @ 5:00pm
• Provisions: one 4’ skirted counter top table, power, table top signs.
• Inclusions: one 2-Day Conference Pass, parking pass and lunch.
