As a geneticist with a love of mathematics and economics, Simon has always found himself dealing with complex systems, whether it’s in behavioural patterns, environmental risks of chemical pollution, developing novel computer systems or managing companies.

Simon is an innovative strategist who combines significant levels of hands-on business, technical and management expertise in achieving business turnaround and strong revenue growth in high technology markets. Today Simon researches at the LEF on technology change and its impact to organisational structure, covering the diverse but interconnected fields of cloud computing, enterprise 2.0, innovation, commoditisation and cybernetics.
