As recently as 12 months ago I was going through the same infinite do-loop exercise routine: upper body, lower body, run, rinse, repeat. Bored out of my skull, with little to nothing to show for it. No more, I was recently introduced to Crossfit (www.crossfit.com), which shares a number of the same characteristics of successful open source projects: atomic units of source exercises, open participation, recombination of source exercises, competitions (i.e., testing), DIY and best of all: you can do (some of it) at home without a gym.
This IGNITE will include two speakers: one talking while the other performs a demo workout.
Speakers will be: John Scott and Jim Stogdill

These guys really put on a show…it was like watching a skit from Saturday Night Live. Pure comedy and great material.
