Mark Atwood is a long time participant in the open source community, and is a regular conference speaker. He is the Director of Open Source Engagement for HP Cloud Services, which operates an OpenStack-based public cloud. His technology interests include software infrastructure and tooling, open source databases, and hackerspaces. He makes his home in the green city of Seattle, with an annual trip to his other home in Black Rock City.
