Curtis “Ovid” Poe is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, having spoken at OSCON, numerous YAPCs and Perl Workshops and several user groups. He’s one of the authors of the “Perl Hacks” book and has published articles in the Perl Review and on perl.com. He led the project to rewrite Perl’s venerable Test::Harness, has been a volunteer with the Perl Foundation for many years and has a popular free online CGI course.
