Dave Geller is a business analysts on the Emerging Technologies team for the City and County of San Francisco. He has been responsible for supporting and implementing many open source applications and initiatives for San Francisco. His latest projects are creating a SugarCRM instance for the General Services Agency’s Human Resources Group to track HR issues, a CiviCRM on Drupal for the San Francisco Police Department for citizen outreach, and innovative e-Government solutions that will help offer better San Francisco services faster and cheaper than previously possible.
