Many new applications are being created to take advantage of cloud computing. But what about the enormous installed base of existing apps? How can those leverage cloud computing? This presentation describes migrating an existing application into Amazon Web Services (EC2, EBS, and S3), and covers the technical, organizational, and financial aspects of migration.
