For several years, one of the more popular BOFs at OSCON has been the Open Source in Education BOF. At this year’s Open Source in Education BOF, we will discuss ideas and issues surrounding the use of open source tools in the curriculum, share user experiences with legal issues with Open Source software, and discuss the state of open applications used in education. Instructors, developers, and users are all welcome.
